| Solid Sabbath selections! |
This two disc set "Symptom of the Universe" does a pretty good job of gathering highlights of the original Black Sabbath (1970-1978 a.k.a. MkI) without editing any of the songs. As with all anthologies, you could say what songs should have, or shouldn`t have been included, but nevertheless a pretty thorough collection. You might say, almost too thorough, because some of the later songs on disc two aren`t even close to the same level of the earlier stuff on disc one. The good news about the Rhino set is the improved sound quality and the wonderful booklet. Like another Amazon reviewer wrote, I hope Rhino puts together a Deep Purple anthology like this. Their "classic" lineup deserves this for sure. After all they are one of the big three: Sabbath/Purple/Zeppelin. Case closed! Symptom of the Universe: The Original Black Sabbath 1970/78 is all the Black Sabbath you`ll ever need. But, you may want to take a look at the two disc set called, "The Best of Black Sabbath" first. Enjoy! |

| THIS IS IT!! The most COMPLETE and BEST collection of Black Sabbath in the 70`s. |
This collection contains the greatest hits of Black Sabbath in the 70`s without a single song missing!!!! No "greatest hits" collection of Black Sabbath has ever been this complete. P.S: Is MUCH better than "The Best of Black Sabbath" collection. Adios |

| Best of the REAL Black Sabbath |
This is Black Sabbath as you remember them, and as your parents most despised them. If you only buy one Black Sabbath album, make it this one. |
