The group doing this bad immitation of Ten Years After and this damaged group does not include The only writer that was in the former group, singer, talent, personality, frontman, creative talent, only guitarist and one of the greatest ever (have to get his new Alvin Lee in Tenessee CD, only arranger and sometimes producer for Alvin Lee`s former group Ten Years After. It is very sad that some of the backup boys just have not been able to make it in te music business without Alvin Lee. So out of desperation and without Alvin Lee`s consent or knowledge, they took the name of an old GREAT group, with an amateur 25 year old guitarist making believe he is Alvin Lee.
Uninspired, unoriginal and a ripoff.
The original, the one and only Alvin Lee is having a incredibly successful tour of London, playing a the Royal Albert Hall.
Forget this garbage and don`t support those who have been ripped off by their former bandmates and play with damaged bands. You can read the John Fogerty story about what happened to him with his mediocre backup band.
Alvin is alive and well. If you want to check out all of the ORIGINAL work with George Harrison, John Lord and many others, the Alvin Lee Anthology is a great start. But his latest Alvin Lee in Tenessee, made in Tenessee with the good ole boys who backup up Elvis is one of the most inspired and remarkabke albums ever. Alvin puts the R in Rockabilly in that one.
Please help artists who have been screwed and ignore this poor copy. This is NOT Ten Years After.
